Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already entered the fulfillment process, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any non-refundable payment processing fees or other costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Returns
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, sealed trading card products are generally final sale once shipped. This helps protect all customers by ensuring products have not been opened, altered, resealed, or tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Issues

Once tracking shows an order as delivered, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbours, building staff, or the shipping carrier if the package cannot be located.

If you are still unable to find your package, please contact us. We will help review the tracking information and assist with any available carrier investigation or claim process.
