Return and Cancellation Policy
No Returns on Trading Card Products
Due to the collectible nature and market volatility of trading cards:
All sales are final once shipped.
This includes:
- Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, etc.)
- Single cards (raw or graded)
- Bundles, lots, and mystery packs
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, speculative purchases, or price fluctuations, and refunds will not be allowed unless we are at fault.

Wrong Item, Missing Item, or Order Issue
If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or there is another issue with your order, contact us at sales@kamicollectables.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and items received.
If we confirm an error, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, missing item shipment, or other reasonable solution.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, but once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly to ensure prompt shipping.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering
- Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee
(This helps cover payment processing fees and inventory handling)
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
