Shipping Policy

Where do we ship?
We ship to Canada, and the United States (No overseas addresses for Military Bases, as well as we do not ship to hawaii). Duties and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country and will be up to the customer to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government.

Do you offer local delivery?
Not at this time but will investigate local deliviries. This is something we want to offer, but requires 6 orders per pickup(only acceptable within the GTA)
Which shipping companies do you use?
We utilize Stallion Express, which could use Canada Post, Intercom, Fedex, etc.
We may also utilize chit chats, which has their own shipping systems.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-4 business days for processing and shipment. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please do not message us asking when your order will ship if this amount of time has not elapsed.

When will my order arrive?
Tracked parcels sometimes experience heavy delays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for tracked orders for delivery. This is a delay issue on the shipping carrier's side, not ours.

My shipment was returned to sender. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately if your shipment is marked as being returned to sender. We will wait to receive it and determine why it was returned to us. If it was returned to us via error on your part, you will be held responsible for any return shipping charges. Additionally, if you'd like the items reshipped, you will be responsible for the full shipping charge. If you would not like it reshipped, you will be held responsible for both the initial shipping paid to send it to you, as well as the return shipping back to us. This is non-negotiable as we are NOT taking the financial hit for shipping due to your error. It is your responsibility to provide us correct address information, and to keep track of tracking information/pickup information.

My shipment was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?
We are not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered. Tracking is also included, so please contact the shipping company for issues with tracked packages.
Who is responsible for customs, duties, and/or tariffs?
For United States orders, we will normally take care of the customs before shipping. This will not qualify an order for compensation as this is out of our control and not a decision of ours.
Any other hidden charges from customs/duties will not be our responsability, but we can provide proof of customs payment that we had to pay to get your item shipped out.
