Overseas Shipping
Duties and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country and will be up to the customer to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government. We are not held responsible for the extra fees. (See US Shipping Section)
Where do we ship?
We ship to all of Canada, as well as Internationally; including the US.
(No overseas addresses for Military Bases, as well as we do not ship to hawaii).
Do you offer local delivery?
We do not offer local delivery, but we do sell on Facebook marketplace. Please see more details within my listings (Shop Locally)
Which shipping companies do you use?
We currently use shipping partners to deploy all our packages. Shipping companies will include, but not limited to, PostNL, Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, USPS
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-4 business days for processing and shipment. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please do not message us asking when your order will ship if this amount of time has not elapsed.
(Canada Post Letter Mail - For Canadians only) -If shipping with Lettermail, you must know that we are not responsible for lost orders through Canada Post Letter Mail. I do recommend waiting up to 45 days for mail orders as they do experience heavy delays at times (Canada Post strikes, Holidays, etc)
When will my order arrive?
Tracked parcels sometimes experience heavy delays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for tracked orders for delivery. This is a delay issue on the shipping carrier's side, not ours.
My shipment was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?
We are not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered.
US Orders Shipping
For United States orders, we will normally take care of the customs before shipping (15% fee based on current tariffs).
Our shipping provider normally requires us to pay the customs upfront (15% fee based on current tariffs). You will see this charge in your final total if you live in the United States.
Any other hidden charges from customs/duties will not be our responsibility, but we can provide proof of customs payment that we had to pay to get your item shipped out.
